By registering for or continuing to use Gods Of Traffic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Violation of these terms may result in removal of advertising, cancellation of rewards, account restrictions, suspension, or termination depending on the circumstances. Gods Of Traffic reserves the right to protect the integrity, security, advertising systems, contests, games, rewards, and members of the site when documented abuse or misuse is identified.
Only one account per individual is allowed unless prior written permission is granted by Gods Of Traffic. Duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Multiple individuals living in the same household may each have their own account unless otherwise restricted, but each account must belong to and be operated by the registered member.
Members are responsible for all activity performed through their account. Accounts may not be shared with family members, friends, employees, or other persons for the purpose of surfing, earning credits, collecting prizes, entering contests, completing game requirements, or gaining promotional rewards.
Members may not coordinate multiple people, devices, sessions, or accounts in a manner intended to artificially increase activity, rewards, rankings, contest results, or advertising benefits.
You may only promote your referral URL in advertising programs, traffic exchanges, mailers, social platforms, or other services that permit such promotion.
Unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive promotion, or other forms of prohibited spam are not allowed. Accounts found violating this rule may be suspended or permanently removed.
Members are fully responsible for the websites, advertisements, banners, text ads, splash pages, rotators, and URLs they submit to Gods Of Traffic.
You must have the legal right to advertise any material you submit. Gods Of Traffic is not responsible for claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes resulting from advertising submitted by members.
Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or profane content is not permitted.
This includes direct content, blog posts, embedded media, redirects, popups, rotators, and pages that ultimately lead to prohibited material.
Gods Of Traffic is intended to remain an advertiser-friendly and general-audience traffic exchange. Serious violations of this policy may result in immediate removal of the advertising and suspension or termination of the associated account.
Before submitting a URL, members must ensure that it complies with the following rules:
Violating sites may be removed and assigned advertising credits may be forfeited. Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or termination.
Gods Of Traffic respects member privacy and does not sell or rent member personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Information may be collected and processed as reasonably necessary to operate the website, maintain member accounts, deliver advertising, provide rewards, process transactions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate security concerns, and protect the integrity of the surf system.
Technical information may include IP addresses, timestamps, browser or device information, session information, advertising activity, credited surfing activity, surf timing, security events, integrity events, and other server-generated activity records.
Information may be exchanged with service providers or connected systems when reasonably necessary to provide a feature used by the member, process a transaction, maintain security, investigate abuse, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Members may request account deletion through support. Certain security, fraud-prevention, transaction, accounting, integrity, dispute, backup, or administrative records may be retained when reasonably necessary even after an account has been deleted.

Memberships, advertising, upgrades, and other paid features may be offered on a one-time or recurring basis. Members are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining sufficient funds when using recurring billing.
Products and services are delivered digitally and are generally considered fulfilled when the purchased service, credits, upgrade, advertising, or other benefit has been applied to the member account.
Purchases are generally final except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Gods Of Traffic confirms that a technical problem caused by the site prevented delivery of the purchased service.
Members requesting review of a transaction should contact support within 24 hours of the purchase whenever reasonably possible and provide sufficient information for the transaction to be investigated.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is owed. Accounts involved in payment disputes may be restricted while the transaction is investigated.
Gods Of Traffic uses server-side monitoring to help protect fair surfing, advertising delivery, contests, games, rewards, promotions, and member accounts.
Surf-integrity monitoring may examine credited page activity, timing, sessions, browser or device information, IP information, unusual request patterns, server activity, and related technical evidence.
The following are prohibited when used to artificially increase surfing activity, credits, rewards, contest results, game claims, or promotional benefits:
High surfing volume by itself is not considered a violation. Gods Of Traffic evaluates how activity occurred rather than imposing an arbitrary daily surfing limit.
Activity that appears inconsistent with normal manual use may be reviewed. This may include unusual timing, unusually sustained activity, repeated early surf requests, overlapping sessions, abnormal account or session activity, or other server-recorded patterns.
Gods Of Traffic may contact a member and request an explanation of unusual activity before deciding whether further action is appropriate.
Repeated unexplained activity or activity found to violate these terms may result in continued monitoring, restriction of features, cancellation of improperly obtained rewards, suspension, or termination.
Gods Of Traffic may provide games, contests, surf rewards, promotional codes, drawings, bonuses, collectibles, milestones, external prize pages, and other promotional features.
Promotional features may be modified, paused, replaced, or discontinued at any time.
Members must participate fairly. Attempts to manipulate game results, prize eligibility, page counters, contest rankings, cooldowns, reward triggers, drawings, or promotional systems are prohibited.
Gods Of Traffic may correct duplicate, erroneous, improperly generated, or fraudulent rewards. Rewards may be withheld, cancelled, or reversed when server records show that the stated eligibility requirements were not legitimately satisfied.
Administrative, owner, staff, or designated test accounts may be excluded from contests, drawings, rankings, prize selections, or other promotional rewards.
Cash rewards credited by Gods Of Traffic are treated as commission earnings and are subject to the applicable commission, eligibility, payment, and account rules in effect at the time.
Piggy Bank funds are not cash commissions.
Piggy Bank balances are internal promotional value and may be used only for eligible purchases, upgrades, advertising, or other features offered through Gods Of Traffic.
Piggy Bank balances are not withdrawable as cash and are not paid as commissions.
Individual games, promotions, and reward systems may contain additional eligibility or usage rules displayed with that feature.
Gods Of Traffic may integrate with or provide access to independent games, promotions, cross-promotions, advertising networks, reward systems, partner sites, or other third-party services.
These services are operated independently and may have their own accounts, schedules, eligibility requirements, contests, rankings, prizes, rules, privacy practices, and terms.
Gods Of Traffic does not control or guarantee the continued availability, operation, prize value, ranking decisions, reward decisions, or policies of independently operated third-party services.
Activity performed through Gods Of Traffic may be subject to both Gods Of Traffic rules and the rules of the applicable partner service.
Abuse of a third-party integration through Gods Of Traffic may result in review or action on the member's Gods Of Traffic account.
Gods Of Traffic reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, prohibited automation, manipulation of advertising or reward systems, account sharing, payment abuse, security threats, or other documented misuse of the service.
Unusual activity may be reviewed before action is taken. When appropriate, the member may be contacted and asked to provide an explanation.
Serious violations, repeated violations, deliberate fraud, malicious activity, or attempts to bypass site security may result in immediate action without prior warning.
Rewards, credits, commissions, contest prizes, promotional balances, or other benefits obtained through prohibited activity may be cancelled or forfeited where appropriate.
Members may request or initiate account deletion at any time. Deleted accounts are disabled and removed from active public systems such as leaderboards, contests, and community features.
Game progress, rewards, collectible items, promotional balances, contest entries, and related progression data may be permanently removed at the time of deletion and may not be recoverable.
Accounts may remain technically recoverable for up to 30 days at staff discretion when a member accidentally deletes an account. Restoration is not guaranteed.
Restored accounts are not guaranteed to retain previous game progress, collectibles, rewards, advertising balances, promotional data, or contest history.
Repeated deletion and re-registration activity, abuse of promotional systems, or attempts to exploit account resets may result in permanent loss of progression, denial of restored benefits, restrictions from promotions, or permanent account restrictions.
Account deletion does not necessarily remove security logs, payment or transaction records, integrity records, administrative records, fraud-prevention records, or information that must reasonably be retained for accounting, disputes, backups, system security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Gods Of Traffic is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, Gods Of Traffic does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gods Of Traffic and its owner are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, third-party services, advertising, downtime, data loss, or member activity.
Members are responsible for their own advertising, account activity, purchasing decisions, and use of third-party websites or services accessed through Gods Of Traffic.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Gods Of Traffic, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that may apply to a member based on jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through support should be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
Gods Of Traffic may update these Terms & Conditions as the site, games, advertising systems, security features, partner services, or applicable requirements change.
Updated terms will be posted on the site. Continued use of Gods Of Traffic after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
