Gods of Traffic Terms

By registering for Gods of Traffic you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Gods of Traffic, you may only register for one Gods of Traffic account.

You may not promote Gods of Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Gods of Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Gods of Traffic account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Gods of Traffic. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Gods of Traffic is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Gods of Traffic, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Gods of Traffic account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Gods of Traffic has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Payment and Billing Terms

Gods of Traffic operates on a credit-based system where members earn credits by viewing other members' websites and can use those credits to promote their own sites. Memberships and premium features (such as banner/text ad placements, games, and rewards) may require payment for access or upgrades.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Square, Wise, and Zelle. All payments are processed securely through our website. Fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. We do not store physical inventory, and all services are delivered digitally.

Billing is handled on a one-time or recurring basis depending on the selected membership or feature. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.

Refund Policy

As a digital platform, we offer refunds for memberships or paid features if requested within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are processed promptly upon verification of eligibility. Requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page or help desk. Refunds do not apply to earned credits, used services, or after the 24-hour window. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
